Welcome to Restor Health – Where Healing Begins with the Brain

At Restor Health, we go beyond symptom relief—we help you achieve lasting wellness by restoring the vital connection between your brain and body.

Led by James Bloom, London’s only certified Master NIS Practitioner, our clinic combines neurology-based (Brain-based) Chiropractic care, Neurological Integration System (NIS), and clinical massage therapy to address the root causes of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. With over 20 years of experience, James and our team provide cutting-edge, patient-centred care in a supportive and positive environment.

We believe a strong doctor-patient relationship is key to true healing. That’s why we take the time to educate, empower, and guide you—giving you the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about your health.

Let’s Restor your health from the inside out.

N.B. James is not a Chiropractor and does not use the title ‘Chiropractor’.
As of December 2021 he is not registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

Causes vs. Symptoms

There is a critical difference between causes and symptoms. Symptoms are only a warning that something deeper is wrong. The longer underlying causes go uncorrected, the greater the risk of developing more serious problems.

Individualised Treatment

Each person is like a unique jigsaw puzzle. We can put together the pieces of your puzzle, and thereby tailor our treatment to your specific needs.

Preventative Healthcare

We can discover and correct problems or imbalances in their early stages before they cause symptoms or show up on conventional lab testing. This is the essence of preventative healthcare.

Back Pain Solution

Acute back pain comes on suddenly but improves over time; chronic pain worsens and can last months or even longer. If you are suffering, we can start helping you asap, so please get in touch with us to see one of our team.

Headache or Migraine

Migraines and other headaches can strike at any time for individuals who suffer. This large inconvenience can have a negative impact on your career, family life, overall health and your happiness.

Neck Pain Solution

Neck pain is almost a universal human experience. Evidence shows that Osteomyology, Chiropractic Techniques & Clinical Massage may relieve neck pain more effectively than pain medication.

Sports
Injury

The most common injuries occur in tendons, ligaments, and muscles, with bone fractures being less common. Osteomyologist care can also help prevent injuries from happening.

Neurological Integration System (NIS)

Regardless of complaint, real causes can only be resolved when the neurological circuitry that governs ALL body function is considered. Only the brain knows WHY it occurs and how it can be rectified. NIS is based on the neurophysiological principle that the brain determines optimum function of all body systems. The brain is the gateway to control the signal to every cell in the body.

Frozen Shoulder

A number of different treatments can be used to treat frozen shoulder, although it is uncertain how effective they are, Osteomyology care may help you in your recovery.
